Belief needs action. Students learn that effort, ownership, and discipline create momentum and move their future forward.
Heart
Students learn to lead with authenticity and courage, recognizing the value of who they are and what they've experienced.
Where It Started
Born into poverty in Mexico, undocumented and uncertain of her future, Martha Niño Rodriguez defied the odds. Expelled from high school and without direction, she leaned on hope, help, hustle, and heart.
With the support of "believers," Martha rose through Silicon Valley over 25 years, becoming part of the 2% of Latinas in tech. One speaking opportunity awakened her purpose and changed everything.
Martha discovered that stories are more than experiences shared – they are tools for healing.
